Wintersun = lots of new abilities, over the top buffs, new build options, can be very unbalanced, alters gameplay, favor system over Pilgrims Cultist/Pilgrim perks. Try both, Pilgrim and Wintersun are for different kinds of modlists imo, if you use Simonrim, go for Pilgrim for sure. I prefer Pilgrim, but I also use the rest of Simonrim.
